Bright, sparkling straw yellow with fine mousse. The nose displays notes of candied pineapple pieces, a touch of cream as well as fine nutmeg tones, lemon zest on the aftertaste. Fine sweetness and crisp acidity on the balanced palate, drinks well, considerable length on the finish.
