Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.08.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby. Intense, dark fruit: blackberry, cassis, dark plum, with mineral notes and a hint of tobacco. Also intense and concentrated on the palate, but in no way fat. Elegant with ripe, lively acidity and fine tannins. Lingers for a long time.
