The red wine Russiz Superiore Riserva Degli Orzoni Collio Rosso DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Marco Felluga has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Brilliant, rich ruby with a slight purple tinge. Very dense and deep nose of molasses and eucalyptus, then blackberryish and cassis. On the palate grippy, hearty tannin, dark berryish fruit, lots of blueberries, then unfortunately quite drying on the finish.
