The red wine San Michele Roero Riserva DOCG, vintage 2022 from the winery Marco Porello has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Brilliant, very light ruby colour with garnet-red reflections. Warm and Mediterranean on the nose, with dried tomatoes, lovage and maquis before sweet cherry. Smooth on the palate, then more balsamic and fruity, with gripping, slightly drying tannins.
