Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, brilliant ruby red with brightening rim. In the nose of ripe raspberries, cold smoke, some flint, very fresh and with slight vegetal hints. On the palate then juicy and precise, with racy acidity and clear, fresh fruit, shows good draught, good exposure to air will bring benefits.
