Bright, rich ruby; dense nose, initially slightly earthy notes, then lots of cinnamon, sweet wood, ripe plums and dark cherries; enters the palate very smooth and supple, shows ripe, rich fruit, very good volume, fine-grained, present tannin, tobacco on the finish.
