The red wine Furore Rosso Riserva Costa d'Amalfi DOC, vintage 2018 from the winery Marisa Cuomo has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Aglianico, Piedirosso from the region Campania in Italy.
Dark, intense ruby. On the nose there are clear aromas of cranberry confit, undergrowth, and in addition a generous use of oak, some cinchona bark, seems very generous. On the palate it is polished, with tight tannin, opens with a fine savouriness, slightly grippy on the finish without missing its saltiness.
