Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of yellow pear, fine herbal savouriness, a hint of honey blossom, candied orange zest. Medium complexity, creamy texture, fine sweetness, subtle acid structure, mineral-salty finish, already developed and drinkable.
