Pale golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate hints of orange blossom, fine yellow pear, a hint of spring onions, with delicate herbal savouriness in the background. Full-bodied, elegant, white stone fruit, fine acidity, mineral-salty finish, light-footed, a stimulating food companion.
