Medium green yellow, silver reflections. White berry fruit, a hint of lychee and gooseberry, fine nuances of lime zest, rather subtle bouquet. Medium complexity, yellow stone fruit, creamy texture, fine, well-integrated acid structure, delicately salty on the finish, a balanced companion at the table.
