A brilliant silver grey. Lime, fine floral aromas on the nose, compact and precise, inviting. Elegant body on the palate with a fine fruity sweetness, a very well-integrated mousse and expansive.
More about the tastingBrilliant silver with persistent mousse. Medium expressiveness on the nose, of apple and white flowers. Fruity on the palate with restrained bubbles, dry on the palate, slightly elderberry, slightly flattening at the back.
More about the tastingBright silver with medium mousse. On the nose there's delicate hints of green apple, pear, and some elderberries. On the palate it's balanced elegant, with good interplay between mousse and acidity that builds slowly, but inevitably, towards the final long-lasting finish.
