Pale straw yellow in colour with a fine, even and persistent mousse. The nose is rich and aromatic, with notes of crunchy fruit combined with floral nuances. The palate is dry and juicy. The mousse diminishes slightly, making way for the pleasant hint of salinity that supports the entire flow.
