Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Rather restrained on the nose, delicate blueberries, a hint of orange zest, some cherries. Juicy black berry confit, fresh structure, medium complexity, balanced, mineral finish, blackberries in the aftertaste, sour cherries in the aftertaste, typical representative of the region.
