Bright, brilliant straw yellow. On the nose, freshly cut apple, brioche, a hint of white chocolate, delicate pink peach in the aftertaste paired with light nougat, delicate sulphite after a little air. Present on the palate with a salty undertone, mineral touch, very juicy with well-integrated mousse, harmonious finish.
