The sparkling wine Maso Martis Blanc de Blancs Brut Trento DOC from the winery Maso Martis has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Trento in Italy.
Brilliant, radiant straw yellow. Fragrant on the nose, delicate vanilla and baked apple, reminiscent of ripe quince on the finish, a hint of sea salt, delicate white chocolate. Juicy and clear on the palate, spreads finely over the tongue with a pleasantly integrated mousse, crystalline and yet with a delicate texture, unfortunately a little bitter on the finish.
