Bright, pale straw yellow with silver reflections. Dense and fine mousse. On the nose, notes of ripe fruit such as pear and white peach, followed by mineral notes and lemon. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate. The carbonation caresses the palate and emphasises a pleasant sweetness. Fresh finish.
