Bright, brilliant straw yellow. Fine and even mousse. A wide-ranging bouquet with sweet fruity notes on the nose: apple, white melon, lychee, followed by hazelnut notes. The palate reveals riper and richer fruit flavours. The mousse in combination with a subtle mineral trace lends structure.
