The red wine Barolo DOCG Margheria, vintage 2017 from the winery Vigna Rionda Massolino has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Clear, intense ruby. Very exciting and multi-layered nose, initially some leather and truffle, then rose petal, dark, ripe plum. Juicy on the attack and on the palate, shows lots of fine, polished tannins, spreads out richly, lots of raspberry on the long finish.
