Light greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, delicate aromas of meadow herbs, a hint of grapefruit zest, a touch of fresh white pear, and some anise. The complex palate is taut and tight-knit yet light on its feet, rich in finesse with a saline-minerality on the finish. A lively food wine.
