The red wine Prapò Barolo DOCG, vintage 2008 from the winery Mauro Sebaste has been rated in 2012 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Brilliant, medium-dense ruby garnet. The nose reveals distinctly fragrant notes of spices, especially cardamom and ground ginger, with cherry in the background. Lots of spices on the palate too, becoming slightly herbaceous there, grippy, hearty tannins, which have a slightly drying effect at the back.
