Tasting from 21.03.2019: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Elegant, restrained aromatics, with lots of cherry, plum and cinnamon, with some graphite and a touch of liquorice. Straightforward acidity on the palate, with a lean and elegant structure, ripe still noticeable tannins, and a spicy finish.
