Light, delicately cloudy salmon pink, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Delicate hints of preserved cherries and red forest berries, white apple nuances, somewhat restrained bouquet. Juicy, elegant, well balanced, mineral and fresh, delicately salty in the finish, makes you want a second glass.
