Deep dark impenetrable purple. Fine and open hearted nose of ripe cherry, strawberry confit, a hint of cocoa powder, and slight animal savouriness, and yet inviting. Very fruity on the palate, with well-integrated acidity, a subtle mousse, medium-bodied, with a rich fruit finish.
