Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Inviting yellow tropical fruit, delicate wood spice, fine smoky reductive note; a multi-faceted bouquet. Juicy, ripe pineapple, discreet peach, finesse, rich acidity, chalky minerality, well-balanced and with a lemony aftertaste.
More about the tastingLight greenish-yellow with a nose pineapple, guava, fine blossom honey and some mineral notes in the background. Juicy and elegant, the palate shows good complexity and length and has a fine structure which showcases the ripe yellow peach character. Will age beautifully.
