Intense, brilliant straw yellow with a persistent filigree mousse. Very fine nose, candied lemon zest, white flowers, a light bread crust aroma, graphite and wet stone, it is inviting and fragrant. On the palate precise and vivid, spreading out well with a cool fruit core, well-integrated mousse accompaniment, not too superficial, well integrated, juicy and balanced on the finish.
