Tasting Notes
A bright light gold colour. Fragrant and compact on the nose, with nuances of fine, ripe, citrus fruit, a hint of young pineapple, fresh and bright, subtle notes of white flowers, nuances of flint and fumé notes. Very fresh and juicy on the palate, a crisp texture with a well-integrated acidity, an airy mousse, with a lovely length.
More about the tastingThis has a bright straw yellow colour, with a light golden hue and persistent bubbles. It is very restrained on the nose, with aromas of light yellow stone fruit, iodine and sea salt, and after plenty of time in the glass some ripe pineapple. On the palate there is vivid fruit and a well-integrated mousse, it is lovely and delicate and opens up well, but it still seems a little young overall, and it has a very dry finish.
