The white wine Sauvignon FCO DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Meroi Davino has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points.
Intense, bright pale gold. On the nose ripe pineapple, ripe lemon, fine use of oak, also some blood orange and cream, multilayered. Balanced and supple on the palate, shows great mouthfeel with beautiful creaminess, opulent style which nevertheless keeps its freshness, has good ageing potential, but is already very gluggable now.
