Tasting from 01.01.2016: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, deep core, purple reflections, watery edge. Very ripe bouquet, delicate dried fruit nuances, balsamic touch, a hint of black truffles, herbal savouriness. Juicy, round and opulent, fine tannic structure, discreet extracted sweetness, should definitely be decanted, better stored for another ten years.
