Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.01.2016: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, deep core, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Ripe cherry fruit underlaid with fine herbal spices, still somewhat reserved bouquet. Juicy, rather red berry, salty, delicately bitter on the finish, still needs time to integrate the wood.
