Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Intense, rich straw yellow with a brilliant core. The nose begins with notes of white chocolate, a hint of powdered sugar, followed by ripe banana and a hint of mango. Well-balanced and clear on the palate, it opens up beautifully, showing a fine creaminess in the attack and finish, with a coarse-grained mousse rounding off the finish.
