Tasting Notes
Rich, shimmering golden yellow with copper. Fragrant bouquet of dried apricot, date and clove, fine cedar and a hint of caramel. Wiry on the palate with an exciting acid nerve, very vertical on the palate, good structure, salty at the end with a multi-layered finish.
