Dark, full ruby with a garnet red rim. Opens with an elegant bouquet of dark cherry and blackberry, with savoury notes of liquorice in the background, leather and undergrowth. Powerful and round on the palate, firm, well-integrated tannins, with precise fruit and a slightly salty finish.
