Brilliant straw yellow with delicate greenish-yellow reflections and persistent mousse. Nose of black bread, yeast, delicate candle wax, citrus and graphite. Shows a lot of juice and a subtle mousse on the nose, clear and with its own style, with a bone-dry finish.
