Bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. Candied pineapple and white chocolate on the nose, with subtle yeasty notes and an aftertaste of baked apple and cold butter. Shows plenty of juice and fruit on the palate, with blueberries, the mousse remains in the background, then juicy and fruity with good length in the finish.
