Pale ruby in colour with purple reflections, and a wide watery rim. An inviting, multi-faceted bouquet with floral aromas, hints of delicate rose oil and some blossom honey. The medium-bodied palate is well balanced and finely textured, with delicate tannins, pleasantly fresh with a salty-minerality and some rosolio notes on the finish.
