Light golden yellow, silver reflections. A touch of new wood, ripe yellow tropical fruit, some mango, delicate vanilla. Elegant, round and harmonious, soft acidity, balanced, a touch of apricot and light caramel, no trace of opulence, mineral, a multi-faceted food companion, good development and certain ageing potential.
