Bright light gold with a fine mousse. Black tea, herbs, some candied citrus fruit on the nose, open-hearted, fruity on the palate, reminiscent of peach tea, slightly phenolic, also of notes mussels and sea salt, with minimal persistence on the palate, unbalanced.
