Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red colour with a subtly brightening rim. Nose of curry powder, precious wood, slightly volatile, subtle cherry fruit. Spicy on the palate, very intense peppery savouriness, then, unfortunately, draining and drying on the finish.
