Tasting from 04.10.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, dark ruby red with a slightly lightening to the edge. Multi-layered nose of ripe raspberries and strawberries, then lightly liquorice, reverberating prunes and cranberry confit. On the palate very dark and deep, SAVOURY with lots of chocolate, harmonious and balanced, very powerful, a neat wine with a long finish.
