Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 29.11.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, rich ruby red colour with a subtly brightening rim. Subtle hints of sealing wax on the nose, delicate red fruit, light orange flavour, needs plenty of time in the glass to open up. Then shows good acidity and grip on the palate, with subtle, ripe red fruit, currently still a little brittle on the palate, should still age.
