Tasting from 04.10.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, bright ruby red. Delicate nose, dried rose petals, ripe strawberries, slight hints of white pepper. Emphatically fruity on the palate, taut and salty, also beautiful balance in the structure, unfortunately slightly drying on the finish due to the wood tannin.
