Bright silver colour with straw-yellow reflections. Crisp pear on the nose, fresh acacia blossom, reminiscent of elderflower cordial, inviting. Hearty on the palate, with well-judged mousse, balanced, fine, well-judged, savoury and with a pleasant length.
