Tasting Notes
Pale, bright pink with persistent mousse and a great colour. Medium expression on the nose, some sea salt and subtle red-berry fruit. Light strawberry and orange flavours on the palate, with well-integrated mousse. Very dry and vertical, a successful change of style. Exciting!
More about the tastingBright, shiny rose with golden reflections. Vineyard peach and yellow plum on the nose, later ripe apple with a hint of hazelnut. Finely balanced mousse, medium weight, lovely drinkability. Uncomplicated soloist, but also a good accompaniment to food.
More about the tastingBright, shiny rose pink with golden reflections. On the nose, notes of vine peach and yellow plum, then hints of ripe apple and hazelnut. Finely balanced mousse, medium-bodied, very drinkable. An uncomplicated style that can be enjoyed on its own, or with food.
More about the tastingBright, shimmering orange red. Nose of candied raspberry and orange, medium expression, some hazelnut, bacon and sea salt. The palate is balanced, compact, medium-bodied with great juiciness, flows smoothly, good food wine.
More about the tastingIntense raspberry pink with a delicate mousse. Not entirely precise on the nose, reminiscent of black truffles and liquorice, with a finish of orange peel and fruit tea. On the palate with a clear fruity core and effervescent mousse, quite phenolic in the back, even slightly tannic, appears washed out overall.
