The white wine Orestilla Lugana DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Montonale has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Ugni Blanc from the region Lombardia in Italy.
Bright straw yellow colour. Beguiling nose of ripe pineapple, papaya and mango, quite literally an exotic bouquet. Great juiciness and fruit on the palate, supported by a well-crafted fine oak character, and with delicate notes of coconut and fresh hazelnut.
