Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark, almost impenetrable ruby red with a tendency towards ink. The nose is characterised by the use of wood, lots of roasted aromas, chocolate, candied raspberries, blackcurrants. Powerful and full on the palate, builds up slowly and for a long time, then a little cloying in the finish, yet powerful.
