Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Strong, bright ruby cherry red. Opens on the nose, initially quite spicy on cinnamon, gingerbread and malt, date in the aftertaste. Smooth on the palate, quite ripe, presents itself in a finely structured tannin dress, polished, with filigree emphasis on the finish.
