Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliantly bright garnet red. Opens on the nose with Amarena cherry and blackberry jelly, plus walnuts and cedar, with a hint of marjoram. Spreads velvety over the tongue, elegant, clear, builds up good tension, with a radiant core, finishes juicy on very ripe fruit.
