Medium greenish yellow. Ripe gooseberry notes with a delicate chalky background, subtle herbal spice, nuances of cape gooseberries, fresh sugar pea pods. Medium body, delicate fruit sweetness, yellow tropical fruit, delicate honey on the finish, uncomplicated, somewhat mature food companion.
