Tasting Notes
Almost opaque ruby-coloured. Aromas of chocolate, rum raisin, blueberry, menthol and cinnamon – almost overflowing with fruit and savouriness. In the mouth, a fine-grained, very densely packed tannin takes hold. Despite the enormous extract there is room for saltiness, the alcohol remains imperceptible and the structure appears almost vertical. The acidity is very well integrated and the multi-layered finish only hints at the aromatic fireworks that can still be expected here.
