Tasting Notes
It has a dark ruby colour, with an opaque core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. There is a discreet aroma of fine oak, along with ripe plum, blackberry confit, a hint of liquorice, nougat, and candied orange zest. On the palate it is juicy, powerful, with a pronounced fruit core, fine tannins, and some chocolate on the finish. It is already well developed, gluggable, and it has further ageing potential.
